Order Processing and Dispatch

Once your payment has been authorized and verified, your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Except for Weekends & Holidays).
Please note that this processing time is in addition to the shipping durations provided for each shipping option.

Your watch will be carefully packed in its original watch box. This box is then secured within a robust, non-collapsible cardboard box, protected with multiple layers of impact-resistant bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. A tracking reference will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Fees

We provide free worldwide shipping using Registered Airmail. Please be aware that this does not include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or customs duties that may be levied by your country's authorities. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Customs duties and taxes are determined by local customs authorities, and we do not have control over or the ability to predict these charges.
