Warranty Coverage
- Ratio Freediver X Watches: 5-Year International Warranty
- All Other Ratio Watches: 2-Year International Warranty
60-Day Free Return & Replacement Guarantee
We recognize that issues may occasionally arise soon after receiving your watch. Therefore, if you encounter any problems within the first 60 days of delivery, we are pleased to offer a free replacement upon return of the faulty product. Kindly contact us, and we will assist you through the replacement process.
For concerns that arise after the initial 60-day period, we will address them in accordance with the RatioWatches.Com Warranty Policy, and will be happy to provide necessary repairs.
What is Covered
Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the internal mechanisms of the watch. We want you to wear your watch with confidence, knowing that if anything goes wrong, we will take care of it.
Included in the Warranty:
- Movement or internal component malfunctions
What is Not Covered
While we take great care to ensure every watch is built to last, some things fall outside the scope of the warranty. Our warranty does not cover external damage or issues caused by improper use, such as:
- Water or moisture damage
- Physical damage to the case, crystal, or glass
- Missing stones or gems
- Damage to the bracelet, strap, or band
- Damage to the crown, stem, or finishes
- Broken or damaged clasps/buckles
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Issues with the battery
- Damage resulting from having the watch serviced by an unauthorized third party
Note: Third-party servicing voids the warranty. Our service team can easily detect these cases, and any repairs will be charged accordingly.
What to Do If Your Watch Needs Service
If your watch requires repair or servicing, we’re here to make the process as smooth and worry-free as possible.
- Get in Touch: Please send us an email at contact@ratiowatches.com or use our Contact Form. Let us know what the issue is, and we will review it promptly.
- Repair Process: If a repair is necessary, we will ask you to send the watch to us. Once the repair is completed, we will return the watch to you.
- Shipping Costs: For warranty repairs, you will only be responsible for shipping the watch to us. We will cover the cost of returning it to you.
